Dear Kyle Westberg and Bob Davis,

We wanted to write to you both to tell you how happy we are with our new addition. From the very beginning stages of planning until the very end of construction, we felt that we were in the very best of hands. We credit both of you for honestly caring that everything went as we wanted it to.
My new second floor is both beautiful and functional. Kyle was outstanding in designing the perfect addition that appears to have always been a part of my home.

Dear West Construction,

Thank you for all you did to make our remodeling project an unexpectedly pleasant experience. We especially appreciate that you explained things clearly, returned phone calls promptly, solved problems efficiently and saved me from many trips to the dreaded store.
